For owners

Private sales

For owners who prefer not to go to the open market. We prepare the asset, qualify buyers and introduce only serious, verified parties.

  • A confidential review of the property, its documents and its likely buyers
  • Buyers qualified and identity-checked before any detail is shared
  • Introductions only under a signed non-disclosure agreement
  • Support on terms, through to transfer at the Dubai Land Department

For investors

Acquisitions

For investors with a clear brief. We search, assess and help secure the right asset, on or off the open market.

  • A written brief: asset type, location, budget and timing
  • Search across the open market and our private conversations
  • Assessment of each option against your brief
  • Negotiation and coordination through to completion

Investor introductions

Owners and investors introduced to the right counterparties, always under a signed agreement and with our role disclosed to both sides.

  • Terms of the introduction agreed in writing first
  • Counterparties checked under UAE anti-money-laundering rules
  • Our role and any fees disclosed to each party
  • Each side keeps its own legal and financial advisers

Transaction management

Lawyers, valuers and Dubai Land Department procedures coordinated, so every step from agreed terms to transfer is organised.

  • One point of contact across lawyers, valuers and banks
  • Paperwork and approvals tracked against an agreed timeline

  • Handover managed through to the keys

How we work

Six steps, the same for every mandate.

From the first written agreement to the day the keys change hands.

Step 1

Mandate

Scope, our role and our fees agreed in writing before any work begins.

Step 2

Assessment

The asset or the brief studied in depth: documents, numbers and market.

Step 3

Introduction

Counterparties introduced only after a non-disclosure agreement and identity checks.

Step 4

Negotiation

Terms supported alongside each party’s own legal and financial advisers.

Step 5

Coordination

Dubai Land Department procedures, approvals and paperwork coordinated.

Step 6

Completion

We stay with the transaction through to transfer and handover.

Our undertaking

Every introduction follows a signed non-disclosure agreement, identity and anti-money-laundering checks, and written disclosure of our role to each party.

Questions

Before you ask.

If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 931 9355.

Do you handle rentals?

No. Triple Six focuses on the sale and acquisition of property. We do not arrange leases.

Do you advertise the properties you sell?

Only when the owner wants us to. Many of our clients prefer a private process, in which the property is introduced to qualified buyers under a non-disclosure agreement instead of being listed publicly.

How are your fees agreed?

Our role and our fees are set out in a written agreement before any work begins. If we act for more than one party, we disclose this in writing and ask each party to consent.

What will you need from me?

For an introduction, both parties complete identity and anti-money-laundering checks, as UAE law requires. For a sale, we will also ask for the title deed and the documents that describe the property.

Do I still need my own lawyer?

We recommend it. Each party keeps its own legal and financial advisers. We coordinate with them, never in their place.

Which areas do you cover?

We work across Dubai.
